You agree not to:

• Upload or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for abusive or fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

User-Generated Designs

You retain ownership of the designs you create.

However, by using Omniwiz, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Display your designs publicly
• Allow other users to remix or build upon them
• Use them for platform promotion and discovery

Remix & Derivative Content

Omniwiz is built around remixing.

By publishing a design:

• You allow others to modify, remix, and build upon your design
• You acknowledge that derivative works may be created

We may track attribution between designs, but we do not guarantee compensation unless explicitly stated.

Purchases

All purchases are processed through our secure manufacturing facility.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• Products are made to order
• Returns are limited to damaged or defective items (see Shipping & Returns policy)

Intellectual Property

You are responsible for the content you create.

You must not:

• Use copyrighted material without permission
• Upload logos, brands, or protected content you do not own

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Omniwiz is provided "as is" without warranties.

We are not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by third-party services

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
