  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International shipping: 7–15 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Design preferences

However, we will replace or refund items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted

If you experience any issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

We will review and resolve your case as quickly as possible.
