All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is processed and fulfilled by our manufacturing team.

• Processing time: 2–5 business days
• Shipping time (USA): 3–7 business days
• International shipping: 7–15 business days

Processing and shipping are additive: expect your order at your door in 5–12 business days within the USA.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Our guarantee

Love it, or we'll make it right. If you are not happy with your shirt, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you.

• No return shipping. Do not send the shirt back — keep the original, whatever we decide.
• One reprint or refund per order.
• Damaged, defective or misprinted? Same deal, always.

To start a claim, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and — if the item arrived damaged or misprinted — a clear photo. We will review and resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Every item is custom-made to order, so we cannot restock or resell a returned shirt. That is exactly why we would rather you kept it.
